Terms and conditions

The following Terms and Conditions have been put in place to ensure we can
provide our passengers with a safe and enjoyable experience;

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your sailing at the correct boarding point. We
unfortunately cannot wait for any passengers due to the constantly changing
tides and busy harbour. You also must ensure that you have collected your tickets

from the booking office which is located on the harbour in order to board the boat.

We have a strict no-smoking policy on the boat.

Do not throw any rubbish over the side, please use the bins provided.

Seating is a first-come-first-serve basis, so if you know where you would like to
sit on the boat please arrive slightly earlier to ensure that you get the seats
that you would like.

Jubilee Queen & Berlewen Fishing and Leisure Ltd reserves the right to refuse
admission in any reasonable circumstance. 

Jubilee Queen & Berlewen Fishing and Leisure Ltd may adopt a bag search on
entry or exit if deemed necessary. 

Jubilee Queen & Berlewen Fishing and Leisure Ltd do not permit tickets to be
resold for profit or commercial gain.

If the cruise is cancelled we will let you know either early on the morning of
the trip or the day before. We will either re-book you onto another trip or you will receive a full refund.

Jubilee Queen is not responsible for car parking, you must organise car parking and arrive to the booking

office atleast 15 minutes prior to your booking to collect ticket.

If your plans change we kindly ask that you cancel your booking with atleast 24 hours notice so that we can re-sell the tickets to another party. If you do not arrive on time for your booking this will result in a £10 charge per person to the card number in the booking.
